We collect and utilize data strictly for identity verification (Know Your Customer - KYC), security protocols for offline community events (Parties), and to facilitate social interactions within the platform. Collected data includes, but is not limited to, identification details, contact information, and personal preferences. While we employ industry-standard technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, the user acknowledges that no online transmission is entirely immune to external interference. Lesla.com disclaims liability for data breaches resulting from force majeure or unauthorized third-party actions beyond our reasonable control. Disclosure of personal data shall occur only under legal mandates, court orders, or requests from authorized government officials. Under the PDPA, users retain the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of their data. Such requests must be submitted in writing to our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) for formal assessment.</p>
